Kuraray Corporation, founded in Japan in 1926, is a multinational company, counting about 7.000 employees all over the world. The corporate headquarter is situated in Tokyo with the focus on the production of high-quality and innovative products within the chemical sector. The new company, Kuraray Dental Italia Srl, is located in Milan and has started its marketing and sales activities on 1st January 2009.

Today, although the economic situation is quite difficult, the balance is very positive. During this first year, Kuraray has succeeded in gaining great acceptance in Italy thanks to successful marketing and sales activities. Furthermore, contracts have been signed with important dealers for the distribution of Kuraray products in the Italian dental market.

According to the corporate strategy and image of quality, trainings have been organized in different Italian cities with the aim of supporting the technical and scientific know-how of the dentists. Kuraray is getting more and more well-known in the Italian dental market thanks to the high quality of its products particularly appreciated by users. Over the last months, Kuraray started to collaborate with important universities and opinion leaders in Italy. In addition, Kuraray has taken part in many events as a sponsor or as an organizer, getting directly in touch with dentists and customers.
